The end-of-line inspection system offers maximum safety.
Inspection system XRE-D detects foreign objects based on density differences as compared to the product to be inspected. The different absorption of X-rays allows to detect contaminations. Besides metal, glass, ceramics, stones and raw bones the system also detects PVC, Teflon, rubber and glass fiber reinforced plastics. Even in aluminum-packaged products the XRE-D finds non-magnetic stainless steels and non-ferrous metals. The system reliably checks completeness of closed packagings and can thereby optionally hide elements such as aluminum clips.
Standard checkweigher for quality assurance at the highest level
This standard model is available in a large number of combinations including combi checkers with metal detector. The CWEmaxx series checkweighers are used in the food industry mainly for medium and high performance. In the non-food area they are used in lines with high output and for weighing ranges of up to 15 kg.

The metal detector iMD pro with integrated conveyor contributes to your quality assurance in a reliable and flexible manner. With its robust design it is ideally suitable for the food sector. Rely on safe detection of enclosed contaminations such as steel, stainless steel or non-ferrous metals like aluminum for packaged products.The robust frame perfectly integrates in the Bizerba design. A particularly short metal-free zone ensures interference-resistant and reliable detection. The flexibly adjustable height of the metal detector guarantees optimal detection of contaminations. Thanks to the variable belt speed different products can be processed on just one production line. Moreover, conveying height and direction can be adapted to a new production line, if needed. Consequently there is no need for a new acquisition.For the event of contaminations, the system is fitted with a Stop-on-Detect function (SOD) or with a rejection system.The hygienic design and protection class IP65 allow easy and thorough cleaning.
Efficient control of packagings and labels applied to them
LabelSecure checks labels and the information they contain on the top and bottom of packages. LabelSecure S is the optimal solution for samples. Operators must correct detected faults before production on the production line can resume.The Inline solution LabelSecure G2 rejects products and warns users in the event of errors or production problems by means of an alarm allowing them to solve a problem immediately. LabelSecure thus prevents extensive rework on nonconforming packagings as well as claims and product recalls due to incorrect labeling or defective direct printing on cardboard, film or other packaging materials. This ensures that only flawless products reach the market. Furthermore, products can be fully tracked since all images recorded during production can be archived. The monitoring of the packaging process is ensured by quality reports which are prepared on a regular basis.LabelSecure is compatible with numerous packaging types and can be used for a great number of tasks.
